I am pleased to announce the release of this new limited edition print.

I have always found a bar to be a fascinating place. It is usually filled with a large variety of people from all walks of life. The younger folks that might have slid in on their fake id, or the seasoned regular that drinks the same high life with the shot and knows which pinball machine in the back works without quarters… and everyone in between. It always seems to be a place where people come to mingle and meet others.. to loosen up a little and even get a bit sloppy for the sake of good times and fun memories, even though they’re usually fuzzy the next morning if they exist at all. Then there are those that come to the bar to distract themselves from some of the troubles of life. A few drinks, a lively crowd and a deep wobbling conversation with a stranger is just the medicine for the moment.

And in all of this, the one constant is the bartender. The one who always keeps just the right amount of nostalgic tunes going in the background. The one who remembers that you like woodford rye with only 2 ice cubes and seems to know exactly which words of wisdom to pull out when you tell her about the past weeks hardships.

She is the therapist to thousands and somehow manages to keep a smooth chill smile despite the bombardment of more than annoying flirtatious comments from every other soul at the bar…

But when the crowds stumble their way home, when the slow Tuesday night would rather keep everyone on their sofa with netflix.….. What does she feel? Who does she talk to? Who can she trust? What drink does she pour when no one is around?
