Workshop Payments, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit and payment structure

Workshop reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space in the workshop.

The remaining 50% tuition will be required upon arrival.

Cancellation by You

We understand that emergencies come up. A full refund will be given to students who cancel within 3 days of a signup. After this, if a student decides to cancel before one month prior to a workshop, 25% of the full tuition will be refunded. After the full payment has been made, (one month prior to the workshop) any cancelation after this time will result in a total forfeiture of payment.

Please note, if you withdraw within 1 month of the workshop, you will forfeit your 50% tuition deposite amount, however Casey Baugh will consider the circumstances with fair and reasonable consideration.

Changes and cancellations

We aim to deliver all workshops as advertised.

However workshops may be cancelled, or changed due to global catastrophic events, emergencies, if enrollments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund of the tuition will be paid to students. ( A student can also take a credit for a future class if desired )

Cancellation by Casey Baugh

In the extremely rare circumstance that Casey Baugh finds it necessary to cancel a workshop due to an unavoidable emergency ( hospitalization, death ), all participants/students will be notified immediately. If a workshop must be cancelled, Casey Baugh will give students the opportunity of a full refund or will transfer their payment to a future workshop available on the grounds that there are still spaces available.

Global catastrophy (such as COVID 19)

Casey Baugh will follow scientific, government and local advice at all times.

Cancellations made in accordance, response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance such as the impact of test and trace, national or local regulation, the decision or requirement of tutors, students, or Casey Baugh staff to self isolate will be subject to different terms and conditions to those detailed under our general policy.

If Casey Baugh cancels your booking for any event described above, we will first attempt to look at rescheduling the activity for a later date or offer an alternative workshop of the same value. If no suitable dates work for the student, they will receive a full refund. 

Disclaimer

This policy applies to only the 2025 workshop schedule. Refund processing time usually takes between 3-5 business days.
