Paint the rugged icelandic landscape in this special 5-day painting workshop.
Iceland has besides Europe's largest glacier, also great waterfalls and fantastic fjords. You can also experience hot springs, lava landscapes and steaming fields. Iceland's variety in landscapes is never ending.
As part of his world wide workshop tour, Baugh will be exploring and painting the powerful landscape of Iceland with a small group of painters.

He now invites you to join him in this special 5-day painting workshop to explore and paint the Icelandic Landscape. This workshop will focus on techniques Baugh discovered and uses to capture the thick landscape textures and the full chroma of nature. Students will paint on location with Baugh in various location in Iceland as well as enjoy dinners and nature tours through various locations in Iceland. Students will also learn the many ways to photograph the Landscape reference use for studio painting.
Space is very limited and is expected to fill fast. The workshop will take place in the evening each day and is limited to 12 students. The class is open to all skill levels!
Example of some of Baugh’s landscape paintings:
Monday - Baugh paints landscape while students observe. (Model will be available to pose)
Tuesday - Students paint landscape while Baugh works with each person individually.
Wednesday - New Location. Students paint in the landscape alongside Baugh.
Thursday - New Location. Baugh paints second landscape painting while students observe.
Friday - Students paint in the landscape while Baugh works with each person individually. ( bonus discussion on the business of art, social media, websites and selling your work)
* Students will also take tours of various locations outside of Reykjavik for each painting location.
Workshop is limited to 12 Students. Workshop fee - $1300
